ABOUT THE COMPANY
When Alamo Industries Ltd. was founded in 1978, our goal was to set a new standard of quality for the products and service we provide. Our slogan of "relentless pursuit of excellence" is as true today as it was then.
Our commitment to quality and service has allowed us to grow to where we are the only full service turbocharger repair shop in Canada. Only at Alamo will you find a turbo for the largest gas compressor, locomotive or marine engine as well as the smallest automotive application. The oil and gas industry is our area of expertise and our management team has a life-long history of service and experience.
In Calgary and Edmonton, we maintain warehouse, manufacturing and sales facilities. All of our upgraded premium products are manufactured or finished in-house, which allows us to control the quality of the finished product with our zero-defects quality assurance program.
Our Seattle, WA sister company, Alamo Turbocharger Services Inc. maintains the same standard of work and quality assurance. This facility specializes in the sale, service and repair of small frame turbochargers for a variety of industries including transportation, marine, construction and mining. We are very proud of our team of employees, many of whom have been with us for more than twenty years. We believe the quality of our employees can only improve the quality of our product. We place a strong emphasis on continuing education and professional growth for all employees. Shop personnel are mandated to work toward their given trade with our Journeyman and Apprentice program. By maintaining a higher ratio of journeymen to apprentices and working closely with trade schools our employees' knowledge and training is improved upon. Together we are able to execute cutting edge sophisticated repairs. This in turn makes the repaired unit better than new in many cases and saves the customer money through fair pricing and increased service life.
